As you know this tournament grows bigger every year.  Therefore, the sooner you get your registration in, the easier it is for us to run this huge volleyball tournament.  In 2008 we are expecting to get around 520 teams.

Location
The Tournament will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Chula Vista Resort is a three-star, family fun waterpark resort situated 2.4 miles northwest of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

As always, free camping will still be available on site.  However, we have secured discounted room rates at the Chula Vista:
$569 night /3 bedroom condo - 2 queens in a private room, 2 queens + sofa sleeper, 1 king in a private bedroom, living room with sofa sleeper and kitchen (sleep up to 14)
  $449 night /2 bedroom condo - 2 queens in a private room, 1 king in a private bedroom, living room with sofa sleeper and kitchen (sleep up to 8) 
  or $179/ night for a Tower Room  2 queens and a sofa sleeper(sleeps 6)

Divisions

Open -  The highest level of play
AA- Very Good Player
A- Good Player
BB- You've been playing for a few years
B- The lowest level of play

Food
Chula Vista Resort will have a full menu of Volleyball Tournament-type food and drink available  for purchase:  Chicken sandwiches / Hamburgers/ Cheeseburgers/ Subs/ Pizza/ Gatorade/ Red Bull and the list goes on...

History of the tournament
The Waupaca Boatride Tournament started in 1983 at Whispering Pines in Waupaca, then moved to the Ballpark in 1994-  for one year. It then found a home at Rustic Woods Campground from 1995-1998.  When we outgrew the campground we moved to the Chain of Lakes Driving Range on Hwy Q from 1999 until 2005.  In 2005, the tournament was held at The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids in 2005.
In 2006, the tournament was held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells.  The Chula Vista will be the permanent home of the tourney for years to come.
